Martini Mix's Using Dove

Chocolate Turtle Martini
Dove Chocolate Cocoa powder
Caramel sauce, in a squeeze bottle with

a very small tip
1 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix

2 oz vanilla vodka (Stoli Vanilla)
2 oz white crème de cacao
2 oz Praline New Orleans Style

Pecan Liqueur
Crushed ice
Roasted pecan halves, for garnish
Roughly chopped chocolate squares, for garnish

Directions:
Take a large martini glass and very carefully coat the rim in caramel sauce from the squeeze bottle, being careful not to let it drip too far down the sides. Then, dip the entire rim of the glass into the cocoa powder, being sure to coat all of the caramel. For the drink, shake the vodka, crème de cacao and praline liqueur in a martini shaker with ice to chill. Fill the martini glass nearly full with crushed or shaved ice, being careful not to touch the rim. Strain the drink into the martini glass.

Garnish atop the floating ice with a roasted pecan half and a small piece of chopped chocolate. Alternately, I have garnished it with a half of a Turtle candy by making an incision and hanging it on the rim of the glass.



Dove Chocolate Martini

2 Part Vodka
1 Part Dove Chocolate Martini Mix


Mint Martini

2 oz Mint Schnapps

2 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix


Dove Mounds Martini
1 Part Coconut Rum
1 Part Dove Chocolate Martini Mix

Rim Martini Glass in honey then dip in Shredded Coconut!


Chocolate Raspberry Martini
1 1/2 oz Stoli® Razberi vodka
1 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix


This recipe can be used with any fruit flavored Vodka (i.e. Strawberry, Cherry)


Chocolatini Drink
2 parts Ketel One® vodka
1 part Dove Chocolate Martini Mix
1 part 99 Bananas® banana schnapps



Chocolate Covered Banana
1 oz crème de bananas
1/2 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix
Cream


Garnish with slice of banana.

Almond Joy
3 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Amaretto di Saronno
1 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix



Irish Coffee Martini
1oz Bailey’s Irish Cream,
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix.



Death by Chocolate Martini with Oreos
1 1/2 oz Chocolate Martini Mix
1 1/2 oz dark crème de cacao
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 1/2 oz half/half

Mix 3 tablespoons Oreo cookie crumbles plus 1 tablespoon powder
sugar. Coat rim with Chocolate and then dip glass in Oreo.



Thin Mint Martini

1 oz Dove Chocolate Martini Mix

1 oz Vodka

½ oz Crème de Menthe



Choconilla Martini

2 parts Vanilla Vodka (Smirnoff or

better)

1 Part Dove Chocolate Martini Mix

Martini’s are always best when Shaken with lots of quality ice, then strained into a Martini glass. Recipes are for 1 drink.


Another idea for the presentation of your Chocolate Martini’s is to rim the glass with Melted Dove Chocolate or any of the Dove Chocolate dusting powders, or swirl some melted Dove Chocolate inside the glass for that WOW effect!
