
ingredients
1¾ cup frozen mixed berries - thawed,
¼ cup honeydew melon,
¼ cup light cran-raspberry cocktail (juice),
2 tablespoons DOVE Chocolate Discoveries™ (DCD) Dark Sipping Chocolate,
6 DCD Dark Chocolate Dessert Cups,
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
preparation
1. Place thawed raspberries, honeydew melon, juice and Dark Sipping Chocolate in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
2. If you don't want the seeds, press puree through a sieve into a bowl with a spatula.
3. Whisk in yogurt. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
4. Spoon soup into Chocolate Dessert Cups. Garnish plate with thin slices of orange or honeydew melon, and top with a dollop of yogurt.
